    List of Ingredients




    1 cup buckwheat flour
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 teaspoon mixed spice
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 1/2 cup milk sub ( such as darifree )
    1 cup rice flour
    3/4 cup mixed fruit
    2 teaspoons cream of tartar

    Recipe



    Into a bowl mix flours, sugar, spice, cream of tartar & baking soda.

    Mix milk sub & egg & add fruit, add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.

    Fill greased muffin cups 3/4ths full and bake at 350F, for 10-15 minutes.
