    List of Ingredients




    1/2 c fine millet flour (Bob's Red Mill)
    1/2 c sweet rice flour
    1/2 c Bette Hagman featherlight Blend*
    1 1/2 T buckwheat flakes
    1 1/2- 2 T sugar
    1/2 t salt
    1 T baking powder
    1 1/2 apricots
    1 1/2 c Dari-free
    3 T oil
    1 t vanilla

    Dash cinnamon

    Whiz the wet stuff in the blender, mix the dry stuff in a bowl, then blend into the wet for a second. Cook on a hot griddle. Sprinkle with cinnamon right before flipping.

    (*BHFB is equal parts rice flour, tapioca starch and cornstarch plus 1 tsp potato flour per cup.)
