    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 cup onion, diced
    1/2 cup red pepper, diced
    1/2 cup yellow pepper, diced
    8 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
    1 table curry powder
    1 teas chili powder
    1 teas cumin
    1 teas sea salt
    1/2 teas pepper
    1 teas thyme
    12 oz, tinkyada spaghetti noodles

    Recipe



    Saute' turkey, vegetables, and spices until cooked through.

    Add broken spaghetti noodles, and fill with enough water to completely submerse noodles, with a little more water that they absorb.

    Turn up to high until it starts to boil.

    Turn down and cook until noodles are tender.

    Extra water will absorb in frigerator overnight and be perfect.
