    List of Ingredients




    1 large onion, minced
    3 - 4 cloves minced garlic
    8 oz. mushrooms, quartered
    1/4 cup Earth Balance "butter"
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 TB. GF flour
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    10 oz. GFCF chicken broth
    2 TB tapioca flour
    1 container Tofutti Sour Cream
    1 1/2 TB dried parsley
    12 oz. GF pasta or noodles of your choice, cooked
    Paprika (dash)

    Recipe



    Melt "butter" over medium heat. Then saute in onions and garlic until soft. Add meat and brown. Add mushrooms, flour, salt and pepper and cook for about 8 minutes over low heat.

    Mix tapioca flour in chicken broth and mix well. Stir in the soup mixture and simmer, uncovered for approximately 10 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add water to thin it down.

    Stir in sour cream and parsley and serve over GF pasta or noodles. Sprinkle top with dash of paprika for color.
