    1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 C. chopped onions or equivalent amount of dried onion
    2 cloves garlic, minced or dried garlic
    16 oz. tomato sauce (rinse can/s with a little water and add to saucepan)
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. oregano and 1 tsp. basil or 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    Thyme, optional
    Rosemary, optional
    Marjoram, dash, optional
    Splash red wine

    12 oz. Tinkyada spaghetti

    Recipe



    Brown beef in medium saucepan with onion and garlic. Drain grease.

    Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings. Begin heating on medium.

    Start water for pasta. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

    Stir sauce occasionally as it is cooking. When sauce begins to simmer, turn down to low for 15 minutes. Remove cover and simmer on low or medium-low until spaghetti is done.
