    List of Ingredients

    * Potato Batter(see below)
    * hot dogs
    * corndog sticks
    * shortening or cooking oil for deep fry

    Recipe

    -set cooking oil at 375 degrees
    -stick the dog, dip the dog in the batter, then place it in the oil
    -cook until golden brown

    INSTANT MASHED POTATO BATTER

    Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes (may be instant, (but make 'em first, don't use the flakes right out of the box...)
    1/2 c. potato or tapioca flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Combine all ingredients. Add a little cf milk to obtain the consistency of a thick batter. Follow general instructions listed above.

    FRESH POTATO BATTER

    Ingredients
    6 med. potatoes, peel & grind/mash
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. potato or tapioca flour
    2 eggs

    Preparation

    Stir all together. Add cf milk to make a thin batter. Follow
    general instructions above for frying.
