    List of Ingredients




    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbs vegetable oil
    1 Cup ketchup
    2 Tbs Lemon juice
    1 Tbs brown sugar
    1 Tbs water
    1/2 tsp ground mustard
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp pepper
    Dash salt
    Dash hot pepper sauce

    Recipe



    Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken, skin side down, uncovered, over medium heat for 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, in a small saucepan,saute the onion in oil until tender. Stir in the remaining sauce ingredients. Bring to a boil. lReduce heat; simmer, uncovered
    for 10 minutes. Turn chicken; grill 15--25 minutes longer or until no longer pink, brushing often with barbecue sauce.

    Yield 6 servings
