2 C water
3 T tapioca pearls
3 T sugar
3/4 C coconut milk
1/3 C coconut flakes
1 tsp vanilla


Recipe



Boil the water.

Add pearls.

Whisk them around to keep them from clumping.

Simmer for about 15 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer for another 15 minutes, or until the mixture is the consistency you want.
