    Sorghum Cracker Recipe

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 cups sorghum flour
    1/4 cup hemp seeds
    1/4 cup tapioca starch
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp apple cider vinegar
    4-6 T warm water
    2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flours well with salt. Add apple cider vinegar, hemp seeds, and oil. Mix until course, pebbled, mixture forms. Add water until dough comes together. Knead the dough until even textured and forms a ball, not sticky. Place half on parchment paper, flatten and cover with second piece of parchment paper. Roll out paper thin. Peel away top piece of parchment paper and slice into whatever shape floats your cracker eating fancy. Place on silpat lined baking sheet and bake for roughly 15 minutes.
