    List of Ingredients




    2 oz. unsweetened CF chocolate
    10 tablespoons coconut cream
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 cup Steviva Brand Stevia Blend or 1/2 cup of unsweetened apple
    sauce and 1/16 teaspoon of Steviva Brand Stevia Powder
    1/2 cup unsalted peanuts

    Recipe



    In heavy saucepan, melt chocolate with coconut cream.

    Stir in peanut butter. Remove from heat and add vanilla and Steviva Brand Stevia Blend.

    Fold nuts into fudge. Spread on sprayed plate. Chill and cut into 16 pieces.
