List of Ingredients

1 box Betty Crocker Chocolate Cake Mix
1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
2 cups gf/cf chocolate chips


Recipe

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.

Mix well.

Allow to sit for about 5 minutes.

Shape into blobs using 2 teaspoons.

Place on parchment lined cookie sheets.

Bake for 10-12 min.

Cool on the tray for about 5 minutes before removing to a rack for further cooling.

Barbara's Notes: These do not flatten--if you want flatter cookies you should probably flatten them with a spoon before baking. They should be slightly browned--hard to tell with chocolate cake mix-- so bake til firm to the touch.
