    List of Ingredients




    Tomatoes - clean, dry and stems removed
    Fresh Basil Leaves - Roll and cut into strips (chiffonade)
    Fresh Garlic - crushed
    Olive Oil - to drizzle
    Salt & Pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Pre-Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

    Cut tomatoes in quarters, then slice each quarter into 3 pieces. (This should give you 1" pieces.)

    In a bowl, toss tomatoes, basil, and garlic.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Drizzle with olive oil to coat.

    Place evenly on a bar cookie pan (with a lip).

    Cook until soft.

    Remove, place in containers, label and date, and freeze when cooled to room temperature.
