    Mint (Yogurt) Dip/Dressing

    Recipe Introduction

    Serves 3 lovers of this or 6 who just like a spoonful. For those who love YOGURT, use whole-milk plain yogurt. Soy yogurt is also delicious. For those who want something different or less fattening, use cottage cheese with or without sour cream. Cottage cheese, blended smooth, is a good alternative to sour cream, in general.

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/2 c whole-milk plain yogurt
    (or
    1+ c cottage cheese
    1/2- c sour cream, or to your liking)
    1/2 t cumin
    1 T fresh mint leaves, chopped
    1 t salt, or to taste
    lime juice to taste (optional)
    sliced limes to garnish (optional)

    Recipe

    Mix together.
    Serve in a bowl with some on top of the meal.
