Makes one 9-inch pie shell
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Cold Butter, cut in small cubes
- 1-1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
- Pinch Salt
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Place diced cold butter, flour and salt in food processor
- Set the food processor to pulse and process about 5 seconds at a time until coursely combined
- Gradually add water until dough forms pulling away from the side of the bowl forming small tiny dough balls.
- Remove and form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least an hour
- Lightly flour surface and roll out.
- Makes one 9-inch pie shell
