    Makes one 9-inch pie shell


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 Cup Cold Butter, cut in small cubes
    • 1-1/4 Cup All Purpose Flour
    • Pinch Salt
    • 2 to 3 Tablespoons cold water


    Instructions


    1. Place diced cold butter, flour and salt in food processor
    2. Set the food processor to pulse and process about 5 seconds at a time until coursely combined
    3. Gradually add water until dough forms pulling away from the side of the bowl forming small tiny dough balls.
    4. Remove and form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate at least an hour
    5. Lightly flour surface and roll out.
    6. Makes one 9-inch pie shell
