1- Lb green beans (ends removed)
2-Tbl creamy salted butter
2-Tbl pine nuts
salt & pepper to taste.
Recipe
Cook beans in 1" water in covered 3-quart saucepan 8-10 minutes (or you can steam them). until tender-crisp;drain.Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat.Add pine nuts;cook,stirring frequently,until golden.Add beans;stir gently to coat beans with butter.Season w/ salt and pepper to taste.
