    1 roll of Owens sausage
    20 fresh jalapenos
    2 cans of biscuits
    Cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    Slice and de-seed jalapenos (in half). Cut a small chunk of cheese and place in jalapeno half. Wrap in uncooked sausage. Then wrap in a flattened biscuit. Bake seam side up on cookie sheet until golden brown.

    Best if you use a thin layer of sausage to ensure doneness.
