    1 stick of butter
    thin slices of Mozzarella
    2 large Portabella Mushrooms finely chopped
    2 cloves garlic minced

    Recipe



    melt butter add garlic and mushrooms cook for 5 minutes on low. Place on paper towel to drain. Add 1 teaspoon mixture to 1 slice cheest and wrap.
