    List of Ingredients




    1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
    2 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 3/4 cups milk
    1/4 cup water1/4 cup butter
    3 eggs

    Recipe



    Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl
    In a microwave or double boiler, heat milk, water and butter until very warm. Butter does not need to melt
    Add milk mixture and eggs to dry ingredients. Using a hand mixer, mix together thoroughly.
    Cover bowl with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    When green light comes on
    Pour 1 1/2 cups of batter onto the preheated, conditioned waffle grid in an X pattern. Close and bake
