    HASH BROWN POTATO CASSEROLE

    List of Ingredients




    1 – one pound bag frozen hashbrown potatoes – thawed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    ½ t. salt
    ¼ t. pepper
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    ¼ cup chopped onion
    1 cup sour cream

    Recipe



    Mix the above and put in 8x11 baking dish which had ¼ cup of melted butter. Sprinkle 1 cup shredded corn flakes on top. Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
