    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds round steak
    1/3 cup onions
    1/3 cup celery
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    2teaspoons mustard
    1/4 cup flour
    3 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 cup tomato soup
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

    Recipe



    Pound flour into steak
    Brown steak in oil with onions celery and garlic powder
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak
    Cover and cook at 225 for 1 1/2 hours or till tender
