BEEF PEPPER STEAK

You may make marinate with other ingredients (red wine vinegar, terryaki, add your own spices also)
List of Ingredients
1 pound top round steak
6 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons corn starch
6 tablespoons oil
4 bell peppers, use different colors
1 large onion
1 large clove garlic
Recipe
Cut beef and place in Ziploc bag with soy sauce, pepper and corn starch. Let marinate at room temperature. Cut bell pepper and onion into thin strips. Place oil in Wok heat to medium high. Add peppers and onions. Sauté until desired tenderness. Add garlic clove when peppers are about tender. Remove pepper onion garlic mixture set aside.
Add meat mixture from Ziploc bag stir-fry until meat is tender. May have to add water in small amounts if gravy is too thick. Return peppers to Wok toss lightly to coat with sauce. Serve over hot white rice.
