    2 pounds lean beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
    6 medium carrots cut into strips
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 medium onion, sliced into rings
    ½ cu thickly sliced celery
    1 cup diced canned tomatoes
    1 cup water
    3 tablespoons quick cooking tapioca
    ½ cup soft bread crumbs

    Recipe



    In large bowl combine all ingredients. Spoon into a 3-qt. baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Cover and bake at 325 for 3 ½ hours or until the meat is tender. Yield 6 servings.
