    1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat
    1 can mushroom gravy
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup
    4 tablespoons oil
    1 teaspoon horseradish
    1 cup tomato juice
    4 potatoes, cubed

    Recipe



    Brown meat in hot oil drain off fat. Add mushroom gravy tomato juice onion soup and horseradish. Simmer or 5 minutes. Place potatoes in bottom of 2 quart pan with meat. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hour.
