CORNBREAD DRESSING

List of Ingredients
1 9x 12 pan of cornbread
3 sleeves of crackers
1 cup butter
1 large onion (chopped)
1/2 cup celery (chopped)
1 large bell pepper (chopped)
poultry seasoning to taste
2 cans chicken broth
2-3 cups water
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Put cornbread and crackers through food processor. Salta onion, celery, and bell peper in butter.
Mix above and add poultry seasoning, broth, water and eggs.
Mixture should be of consistence of cake mix.
