Chicken bouillon cube
2 cloves garlic
poultry seasoning to taste
1 small onion (cut into 4 pieces)
1 stalk of celery (cut in 4 pieces)
1 cup butter
flour
Recipe
Boil water add bouillon cube, garlic, poultry seasoning, onion and celery.
Make a roux of butter and flour. Add seasoned water
