Lemon Poppy Seed Bread

Very easy and so good!

List of Ingredients

1 box Lemon Cake Mix (with or without pudding in cake mix)
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. poppy seeds


Recipe

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.

Beat 4 minutes at medium speed.

Bake in 2 well greased loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

(Test in center for doneness)

Cool in pans for about 20 minutes.
