Nice to serve at a ladies luncheon.
List of Ingredients
1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 small box vanilla Jello-O instant pudding
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 container Cool Whip
Crushed walnuts or pecans
Recipe
Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan (glass works best). Let cool
Prepare pudding mix and pour over cake in pan. Let pudding harden.
Spread pineapple evenly over pineapple layer.
Sprinkle nuts over top lightly.
Keep refrigerated.
