    Stuffed Pork Chops

    List of Ingredients

    6 center cut Pork Chops, 1 1/2 inch thick
    1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. sage
    1 cup chopped apple
    3 Tbsp. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 egg, beaten

    Recipe

    Directions:

    Cut a pocket in each Pork Chop for the filling.

    Combine all ingredients and mix lightly.

    Stuff each Pork Chop's pocket.

    Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
