HAWAIIAN PIE
List of Ingredients
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 TBSP. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 graham cracker crusts
4 bananas
1/2 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Recipe
Combine pineapple, flour and sugar in medium saucepan and cook until thickened. Cool.
In crusts, cut up bananas. Sprinkle pecans over bananas.
Top with pineapple mixture. Sprinkle coconut over filling.
Frost with Cool Whip.
Chill 6 to 8 hours before serving.
