    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sauerkraut
    1 cup Swiss cheese, grated
    1 cup corned beef, cubed or chipped
    5 eggs, beaten
    3/4 cup milk

    1 pie shell (Frozen kind works good)

    Recipe



    Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into pie shell.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
