This is a nice hearty soup - please enjoy!
List of Ingredients
Chicken Broth (l large can plus 14 1/2 oz. size)
1 (35 oz) can Italian Tomatoes, cut up
l clove garlic, crushed
Olive Oil
l bag of spinach
Tortellini (one container cheese filled)
1. Wash greens and tear in pieces. Saute garlic and greens
in olive oil.
2. In a large pot combine chicken broth and cut up tomatoes
and bring to a boil.
3. Boil tortellini in the broth for length of time on
directions on package.
4. Add the sauted greens and let set, covered, for
5 minutes before serving.
