Shrimp Dip
List of Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
- 1 envelope Knox gelatin
- 1 8oz package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup celery chopped fine
- 1/2 cup onions chopped fine
- 1 8oz package salad shrimp
- 1 cup Helman's mayonnaise
Instructions
- Put tomato soup in a sauce pan and rinse can with 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Warm on low setting.
- While warming soup mix knox gelatin with 1/4 cup water. Set aside.
- When soup is warm add cream cheese cut in chunks. Dissolve and mix with wire whip.
- When all is mixed add knox gelatin. Set aside to cool.
- After completely cooled, stir in the celery, onions, shrimp and mayonnaise.
- Pour in mold and refrigerate overnight.
