    Shrimp Dip


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can Campbell's tomato soup
    • 1 envelope Knox gelatin
    • 1 8oz package cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup celery chopped fine
    • 1/2 cup onions chopped fine
    • 1 8oz package salad shrimp
    • 1 cup Helman's mayonnaise


    Instructions


    1. Put tomato soup in a sauce pan and rinse can with 1/4 to 1/2 cup water. Warm on low setting.
    2. While warming soup mix knox gelatin with 1/4 cup water. Set aside.
    3. When soup is warm add cream cheese cut in chunks. Dissolve and mix with wire whip.
    4. When all is mixed add knox gelatin. Set aside to cool.
    5. After completely cooled, stir in the celery, onions, shrimp and mayonnaise.
    6. Pour in mold and refrigerate overnight.
