    List of Ingredients


    • 1 stick margarine, melted
    • 2 eggs, beaten
    • 1 can whole kernel corn
    • 1 can cream style corn
    • 1 8oz container cultured sour cream
    • 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix, added last


    Instructions


    1. Mix all in casserole dish.
    2. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour, until brown.
