    Ice Cream Muffins (Mom's recipe)

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups softened ice cream (your favorite flavor)
    3 cups self rising flour

    (self rising flour: 1 cup flour, 1 1/2 t. baking powder and 1/2 t. salt)

    Recipe



    In a bowl, mix softened ice cream and flour together. Ice cream must be softened or there won't be enough moisture. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
