Breakfast Dutch Babies (Mom's recipe)

1/3 cup butter
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
salt to tasteRecipe
Put butter in a pan (3 to 4 quart) set into a 425 degree oven while mixing batter. Put eggs in blender on high, gradually pour milk, slowly add flour and salt. Whirl 30 seconds. Pour batter slowly in pan with butter. Bake until puffy and browned. 20 to 25 minutes. Eat with syrup, powdered sugar or fresh fruit.
