    This recipe makes 2 dozen absolutely delectable candy!

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup chopped cashews, walnuts or pecans
    8 1 oz. squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
    1/4 cup real butter
    1/4 cup whipping cream
    1/4 teaspoon almond extract

    Recipe



    Place 24 miniature foil candy cups on a baking sheet. Spoon 1 t. chopped nuts into each cup and set aside. In a 2 quart glass bowl, combine chocolate and butter. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir to melt. Microwave an additional 30 seconds if not melted after stirring. Stir in cream and extract. Beat until thick and creamy and slightly thickened. Pour into muffin cup liners. Top with remaining chopped nuts. Refrigerate until set.
