    White Fudge

    List of Ingredients




    4 c. sugar
    1/2 pound butter
    2 T. white corn syrup
    1 large can evaporated milk
    2 t. vanilla
    nuts, optional

    Recipe



    Put sugar, butter, milk and syrup in a 4 quart heavy sauce pan. Boil together over medium heat stirring constantly until 235 degrees or soft ball stage in cold water. Add vanilla, beat, add nuts and beat some more. Pour into a buttered 9x13 inch pan.
