List of Ingredients
1 1/2 to 2 pounds stew meat
salt and pepper
2 large onions, chopped or diced
4 T. paprika
6 potatoes, cubed
2 T. marjoram leaves
1 can stewed tomatoes
garlic when done
(to thicken after cooking, make a paste of flour, paprika, oil and water)Recipe
Saute the onon in a little oil, add meat. Continue to cook, add papprika, marjoram and cook a little while longer. Add 2 cups water. Cook meat until tender. Then add potatoes and water. Continue to cook; add tomatotes, then garlic. Thicken.

Force this through a cheese grater into the hot goulash. Cook until cooked through.
