Chili Relleno Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 (1 lb. 11oz.) can whole roasted green chilis (Ortega)
8 oz. Mexican blend cheese
2/3 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk
3 eggs (slightly beaten)
Recipe
Spray a 9x12 inch baking pan with nonstick spray. Line the bottom of the pan with the green chilies. Add cheese over the top. Beat the remaining ingredientstogether and pour over the cheese. Bake at 350 degress for 45 to 60 minutes or until egg mixture is set.
Serve topped with salsa and sour cream.
