1 chicken boiled and deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel Tomatoes
1 cup chicken broth
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 package of tortilla chips or corn chips
1 can French fried onions
Recipe
In a bowl, mix together soups, tomatoes and broth. Line the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with the chips. Spread half of the diced chicken on top of chips, layer soup mixture, cheese and repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with onions and bake a few more minutes.
