Pierogy Sauerkraut Casserole
List of Ingredients
2 dozen frozen Potato and Onon Pierogies, thawed
1 large can or bag of sauerkraut, drained
1 1/2 pounds hot dogs, smoked sausage or smoked kielbassa (the lowfat versions will work too)
Recipe
In a lightly sprayed baking dish, place a thin layer of sauerkraut to coat bottom. Layer pieogies, sauerkraut and meat of choice. Repeat. Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
