    Crust:

    11/2 c. flour
    12 c. nuts
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 t. salt
    1/2 c. butter

    Filling:

    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries
    1 c. sugar
    2 t. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 c. whipping cream

    Recipe



    Mix crust ingredients and put into a 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Crumble up in same pan amd reserve 1 cup for the topping. Add strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and salt to the beaten egg whites. Beat for 5 minutes. Beat 1 cup whipping cream and fold into the filling mixture. Pour into crust lined pan and top with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
