1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
2 c. canned pumpkin
2/3 c. sugar (optional)
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. ginger
1/4 t. cloves
1/2 to 3/4 c. nuts (optional)
crushed gingersnaps mixed with oleo (margarine)Recipe
Beat ice cream and spices until well blended. Line a 9x13" pan with 1/2 of the gingersnap mixture. Pour pumpkin mixture over this and top with remaining crumbs. Sprinkle with nuts or put nuts in cookie mixture. Freeze covered.
