    List of Ingredients




    2 c. rhubarb, diced
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 t. grated lemon rind
    1 1/2 T. lemon juice
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 egg

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and put in a buttered baking dish. Dot the top with butter. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
