Rhubarb Dessert
This recipe was taken from an old cookbook that Grandma Ruth gave me. It was written in pencil by her in the front of the book. As with all these recipes, I copy them as they were originally printed.
List of Ingredients
Fill a 10x12x3 inch pan half full of cut rhubarb. Mix together 2 eggs, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 2 heaping tablespoons flour.
Pour this over rhubarb. Then mix together with fingers until crumbly:
1 cup flour
6 T. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
Put this mixture on top of rhubarb and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
