    Mom's recipe box (from Grandma Ruth)

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. oleo, melted
    1/4 c. nuts

    Press into a 9x13" pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes.

    Filling:
    4 c. rhubarb
    2 T. water
    1 c. sugar
    3 T. cornstarch

    Recipe



    In a sauce pan bring the filling to a boil. simmer 5 minutes until thickened. Spoon over baked crust. Cool.
    Topping:
    Whip 1 c. whipping cream, sweetened with sugar. Add 1 c. mini marshmallows and spread over rhubarb.
    Mix one 4 oz. package instant vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 c. milk and pour over whipped cream. Garnish with coconut and refrigerate.
