Aunt Mary Drapp's Egg Cheese

1 quart milk
1 dozen eggs
dash salt
1 T. sugarRecipe
Beat eggs and add milk, salt and sugar. Cook in a double boiler, stirring constantly until lumpy and milk is watery and turned yellow. Strain in cheese cloth and tie very tightly. (Crisscross around the ball of cheese). Let drain for several hours. Remove cheese cloth and put in refrigerator.
