    Bulgogi (Korean BBQ)

    This needs to marinate for at least 15 minutes. (Though it's better if it's longer).

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound round steak
    2 T. sugar
    1 T. oil
    2 1/2 T. soy sauce
    1/4 t. pepper
    2 T. green onion , chopped
    1 t. minced garlic
    2 T. sesame seeds
    Vegetables

    Recipe



    Cut the beef into thin slices (slices best if still slightly frozen). Mix the remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Add the beef strips. stir well andmarinate at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator or over night. Fry quickly (stir fry). Add mushroom, broccoli, pea pods, cauliflower or your favorite vegetables. Serve over rice. Serves 6.
