I look forward to having this every year. List of Ingredients 1 onion, chopped 1 can sauerkraut juice 3 c. hopped mushrooms salt and pepper to taste 2 T. butter 3 cans water (more or less) 1 clove garlicRecipe Fry onion in butter until brown. Add remaining ingredients to a pot. Bring to a boil. Serve over boiled sliced potatoes and /or dried wild mushrooms.
