List of Ingredients
1 egg
1 4 oz. can green chile peppers, drained
1/3 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
2 T. chopped onions
2 T. taco sauce
1 t. garlic
1/4 t. salt
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup shredded Montery Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
1 medium tomato
3/4 cup shredded lettuceRecipe
In a large bowl combine egg, chile peppers, tortilla chips, onion, taco sauce, garlic, salt, and ground beef; mix well. Shape into 6 patties and grill on medium heat for 10 to 14 minutes. Flip burgers once.
Serve topped with cheese, tomatoes and lettuce on warm tortilla shells or buns.
